   Application procedures

 

Step 1Submit Application Documents

Prepare the application documents and submit all application documents online.

Step 2 Pay the Application Fee

Pay Application fee 500RMB or 100 USD

Step 3Qualification Verification

It takes 2 days for Qualification Verification for Chinese language students, 3 work days for bachelor program students

Step 4Admission Notice

We would send out admission letter and JW202 about two weeks after the documents verification. Please confirm your address with Jinggangshan University.

Step 5 Enter into the university

 

  When to Apply

  Bachelor applicants please submit your application during period of March 10th, 2014 to July 30th, 2014

  Language applicants can submit the application any time of the year.

Documents required for Bachelor Program

    1. Jinggangshan University Application Form for Foreign Students with a photograph fixed

    2. High school diploma ( notarized version, in notarized Chinese or English translation)

    3.  High school transcripts (notarized version, in notarized Chinese or English translation)

    4.  HSK Certificate must be in original or certified copy(Skip if the candidates haven’t learnt Chinese)

    5. One photocopy of your valid passport

Documents required for Chinese Language Program

    1. Jinggangshan University Application Form for Foreign Students with a photograph fixed

    2. One photocopy of your valid passport

  Note:

 1. All required materials must be the originals or copies notarized by the issuing organization;

   All required materials must be in Chinese or English;

 2. The application documents and related documents will not be returned.

 3. If the students have no background of Chinese study, they may apply for one year Chinese study prior to study their major taught in Chinese.

 

   Entry requirement

* Bachelor Programs

      Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, above the age of 18 and under the age of 25, have attained a senior high school diploma.

*Chinese Language Programs

      Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, above the age of 16.

 

   Admission & Registration

    Documents required for registration

1. Original Admission Letter and Visa Application for Study in China (JW 202 form);

2. Original passports and passport copy of page with basic information, arrival date and visa issued by the embassy;

3. Physical examination forms (including the original blood laboratory test reports, X-rays and electrocardiograms).

4.  10 personal passport-sized(4.8*3.3cm, blue background)

    Note:

  1. Students should enroll in Jinggangshan University within the registration period (specified in the Admission Letter).  Otherwise, one will be deprived of the student status. Exception can be made to those who has informed the school of their specific reasons and whose delay has been permitted.

  2. For students who hold X visa to China, they are required to get the Residence Permit within 30 days after they enter China. Otherwise, they will be fined 1000RMB per day if their visa expired.
